About Deciduous Trees and Evergreen Trees

There are basically two types of trees: Deciduous and Evergreen. Deciduous trees will lose their leaves each year. Evergreen trees will keep their needles or leaves all year. Evergreen trees are classified as broad-leaved evergreens,(they will have flattened leaves) and narrow-leafed or needle evergreens.

Before purchasing a tree you may want to decide what type of tree would be best suited to the spot you have in mind. The tree you plant today will most likely be much larger and wider in 10 or 15 years from now.
